Inexpensive with an extremely small footprint, the Econo Triceps and Lat Pulley System attaches to any 6′-7′ rack (extensions are available for taller racks) and can be easily tucked away when not in use. Tested for a maximum weight capacity of 550 lbs and built from durable woven nylon.

The Econo Triceps and Lat Pulley System comes with one 18″ loading strap pin, one short triceps/ab strap and one single swivel pulley with 2 3/8″ spring clips.
